For lawyers, notaries, mediators and surveyors

We send you cases that arrive already organised: the facts, the chronology, the documents the client has and has not got, the deadlines, and the client's own questions. Written in Greek for you, in English for them.

The arrangement

A flat monthly listing fee for the court districts you choose to cover. Nothing per case, no commission, no revenue share, no success fee. What a client instructs you to do and what you charge for it is between you and them, and we never see the engagement.

This is not modesty about our own value. It is article 10 of the Code of Conduct. Fee-splitting with a non-lawyer intermediary over client acquisition is the thing it exists to prevent, and we would rather build a business that does not need to argue about whether it complies.

For an expert review, we pay you for your forty minutes at a rate we agree with you in advance, out of what the client paid us. If the client then instructs you, that is a separate matter on your own terms.

We check your register number and one reference before listing you. We ask for a fixed quote back to the client within two working days, and we stop sending cases to anyone who does not answer.

Which of these do you take?
