This needs a lawyer or registered mediator in the property's district, and we're still building the network. We'd rather not take your money and leave you waiting, so it stays closed until there's someone to take the call. Most people need the case file first anyway, and it's what you'd hand them.

Prices include Greek VAT where it applies. You pay once and there's nothing to cancel.

What we're not

Kliros isn't a law firm and can't represent you. The case check runs on published law and public fee scales. It tells you which procedure your situation points to, not what you should do about it. Only a lawyer who has seen your cadastral extract and your deeds can confirm it.

We don't take a cut of your case. Professionals in our network pay a flat monthly fee to be listed for the areas they cover, and nothing per client. The Greek lawyers' Code of Conduct takes a hard line on sharing fees with middlemen, and this way nobody has a reason to push you towards the expensive option.

The estimates are ranges, and objective values aren't market prices. Use the numbers to get a feel for the cost, not as a bill.
