What it costs

The answer to “which procedure does this need” is free, and it stays free. What you pay for is the file: your case assembled into something a Greek lawyer can act on in one reading instead of three phone calls.

Expert review

€189

The case file, read in advance by a licensed Greek lawyer or a registered cadastral mediator for the property's own district, then forty minutes with them, then their view in writing.

  • Everything in the case file
  • Matched to the court district of the property
  • Forty minutes by phone or video, in English or Greek
  • They read the file before the call, so you are not explaining from scratch
  • Their written view afterwards, and a fixed quote if you go ahead
  • No obligation to instruct them

What we are not

Kliros is not a law firm and cannot represent you. The case check is built from published law and public fee schedules; it tells you what procedure your facts point to, not what you should do about it. Only a lawyer who has seen your cadastral extract and your deeds can confirm the track.

We do not take a commission on your case. Professionals in our network pay a flat monthly listing fee for the districts they cover, and nothing per client. That is a deliberate choice: fee-splitting with an intermediary is the thing the Greek Code of Conduct for lawyers is most concerned about, and it also means nobody has a reason to steer you towards the expensive route.

The estimates are ranges, and objective values are not market values. Treat every number as the shape of the cost, not the invoice.
