This is not legal advice
Kliros is an information and matching service. It is not a law firm, it is not a notary's office, and nobody here is acting as your lawyer. Reading a result on this site creates no lawyer-client relationship and nothing on it is privileged.
The case check sorts the facts you type onto a procedural track by applying published rules. It has not seen your cadastral extract, your title deeds, the will, or any certificate. A licensed professional who has seen those may reach a different conclusion, and theirs is the one that counts.
Deadlines are yours to keep
The dates shown are computed from what you told us, sometimes to year-level precision only. They are a prompt to act, not a diary we keep for you. We do not monitor your deadlines, we will not remind you, and a deadline that passes is not something we can undo.
Numbers are estimates
Costs are ranges. Tax is computed from the objective value you supplied on an assumption of equal shares. Objective values are not market values, shares are often not equal, and a penalty for a late return depends on facts we do not have. Treat every figure as an order of magnitude.
Currency of the law
The rules encoded here were current in September 2026, including Law 5303/2026 and article 61 of Law 5326/2026, both of which take effect on 16 September 2026. Sources are cited at the foot of every page. Greek property and succession law changes often; verify before you rely.
