There is no advertising pixel on this site, no third-party analytics script and no cross-site tracking. That is why you have not been shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

If you are an operator signing in to the admin area, a session cookie that keeps you signed in for twelve hours. Strictly necessary, and set only after a deliberate sign-in.

If you start a purchase, Stripe sets what it needs on its own checkout pages to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those are Stripe's, on Stripe's domain, and Stripe's privacy notice covers them.

Your browser may keep your case link in its history, as it would any page you visit.

We count how far people get through the case check, how many start it, how many finish and how many buy, so we can tell which questions people give up on. Those counts are attached to a case, not to a person or a device, and they never leave our own database.
