The case check is free. The case file is a document that organises your answers for a professional: a chronology, a document list with the Greek office that issues each item, a deadline calendar, questions to ask, and a cover letter in Greek. The expert review is the case file plus forty minutes with a licensed Greek lawyer or a registered cadastral mediator, plus their view in writing.

You are not buying legal advice, an opinion on title, a guarantee of any outcome, or representation. Kliros is not a law firm.

If we introduce you to a lawyer, notary, mediator or surveyor, your relationship with them is theirs and yours alone, on their terms and their fees. They are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We take nothing from what you pay them, and we are not responsible for their work, their advice or their fees.

For an expert review we pay the professional for their time out of what you paid us. That does not make them ours, and it does not make us liable for the view they give you.

The case check applies published rules to the facts you type in. If a fact is wrong, the result will be too, and some situations do not fit any rule cleanly. Costs are ranges from published schedules and practice, not quotes. Tax figures are computed from the objective value you supply, assuming equal shares, and objective values are not market values.

Law changes. The rules encoded here were checked in September 2026 and every source is listed at the foot of every page. Check the date before relying on anything.

If the case file is materially wrong about your case, tell us and we will refund it. If you simply decide you did not need it, tell us within fourteen days and we will refund it. We do not require you to argue the point.

For an expert review, a refund is available until the call happens. After the call we refund the file portion only, since the professional's time has been paid for.

You are buying immediate access to digital content, so the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right for distance contracts would ordinarily end when you open the file. We do not rely on that; the paragraph above is what we actually do.

We are liable for what the law does not let us exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence and our own fraud. Beyond that, our total liability for anything connected to this service is limited to what you paid us for it.

We are not liable for a decision you take, or do not take, on the strength of a free case check, nor for a deadline that passes.

Greek law governs these terms and the Greek courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings where you live, or the protection of your own country's consumer law.
